- Booking and managing your service requests
- Assigning technicians and updating job status

You can opt-out of promotional messages at any time via Settings > Notifications or by replying “STOP” to promotional SMS/WhatsApp.

- You can request us to delete your personal data after closing your account (except where data is legally required to be stored)
